Childbirth Educators: Level III Courses

Level III consists of two courses:

Curriculum Development 1: Theoretical Design

CBED 302 (24 Hrs.)

Pre-requisite: CBED Level I & II

This course exposes students to theoretical and practical information in the development of a childbirth preparation class curriculum from the perspective of experienced teachers.

Curriculum Development 2: Practical Application

CBED 304 (50 Hrs.)

Pre-requisite: CBED Level 302

Students will develop a complete curriculum for a childbirth preparation class series utilizing principles taught in the program.
